Our Curriculum Plans
Loved, Inspired, Shining
At St Alphege we follow a bespoke curriculum underpinned by the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 and Development Matters for Early Years. The curriculum has been designed to ensure children have the opportunity to revisit previous learning in subject areas and build on their knowledge in order to embed learning into children’s long-term memory. The curriculum allows children to learn about affairs relevant to their immediate environment and current global topics.
Please find more information about our curriculum provision by clicking on each subject below
The workshops below will talk you through the curriculum for Maths and Phonics and explain how these are taught in school. They will also give you ideas to support your child’s learning at home.
